Veshort offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for all plans. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our services, you can cancel your account within the first 30 days and receive a full refund. You must request a refund within 30 days of the payment date of the transaction.

To request a refund, you must contact us through email or via the chat box. Our team will work with you to determine the reason for your cancellation and to process your refund. We will process your refund as quickly as possible, typically within 48 hours of receiving your request.

Additionally, if your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our terms & Conditions, you will not be eligible for a refund.
