If your domain doesn't redirect and shows the mentioned page, this is usually due to a DNS configuration error.

You should confirm that your DNS records are correctly configured as described below and do not contain any conflicts. If you continue to face issues kindly reach out to support in the chat box.

Note: A domain name should point only to one IP at the same time. You can not point a domain to our IP that is already pointing to your or another server's IP. Otherwise, either replace your IP with our  IP or use a sub-domain.
